The Policy on Collaborative Application development by Opening the source code of Applications intends to increase the pace of application development and rapid roll out/ implementation by adopting the principles of open-source development model. Government wants to promote reuse of existing developed applications. Successful running applications and new applications are envisaged to be developed within the public domain by opening the application source code and it is also intended to encourage innovation inside and outside Government by encouraging collaborative development to achieve better products in less time.

e-Gov application source open approach—including the use and release of application source to public—can reduce costs, reduce development time, and improve overall quality, including security through increased transparency and mass peer review.

To increase the Grain Production Government should promote the New era of Agricultural equipment by introducing in the Agricultural Department Moreover the equipment should be available in village Panchayat as a Rental basis Our government should encourage the agricultural equipment invention as equal to Satellite In this year all over india their is a good Rain but such a good new equipment not yet reach the farmer so they feels no profit in the Agriculture

Sir, To encourage more citizens, voluntarily contributing to income tax, the government should think of extending certain privileges, which the citizens can be proud of. For example, citizens paying more than one lakh income tax can be issued PAN card with green label which will enable them priorities (or separate counters) at all government offices, railway counters, vehicle registration, banks, etc. etc. and shall be entitled to meet senior government officials on priority.

मोरादाबाद में रेडियो चलने में सरकार को क्या आपत्ति है?? अगर frequency matching की दिक्कत है तो बताएं हम दूर करेंगे.....लेकिन कृपया आप रेडियो तो चलवाए.

In 1982 USA Fed Chairrman Pol Vo, resulting in lker cut the Fed Rate from 16.4% to 12.3%, inflation rate came down from 10.4% to 6.2%. again in 1982 rate was cut to 9.1% and inflation rate came down to 3.2%. Currently Fed rate is 0% and inflation rate is 2.5% and growth rate is 4% app. In India also if RBI cuts rate to 5% inflation will further come down to 4.5% and growth will increase by 3%.. If Rajan does not work on the advice of FM Arun jaitley , replace him with a more considerate person.

Sir namste apne jo jan dhan yojna ka project launch kiya hai wo bahut hi acha hai pr koi koi bank isme laparwahi kr rahe eg jharoda kalan ka punjab national bank jahan 3 month se account kholne ke liye document jama bhi kr diye phir bhi account nhi khule abhi tk
