The Policy on Collaborative Application development by Opening the source code of Applications intends to increase the pace of application development and rapid roll out/ implementation by adopting the principles of open-source development model. Government wants to promote reuse of existing developed applications. Successful running applications and new applications are envisaged to be developed within the public domain by opening the application source code and it is also intended to encourage innovation inside and outside Government by encouraging collaborative development to achieve better products in less time.

e-Gov application source open approach—including the use and release of application source to public—can reduce costs, reduce development time, and improve overall quality, including security through increased transparency and mass peer review.

We need to make india as centre of world where any one come and do business, we need to invite all business leader to come india and start their business, they can bring their people in india, their architecture, their reasturant, their garments, their food, their culture. This way we will get sky scraper, great architecture, many reasturant, many retails, more investments, jobs, food, local business will get many customer. We can give them residentail visa without giving voting rights

Sir, please order to IT Department every property transaction advertise in verious media but when peroperty sold by dealer stamp amount is very low.So please check this type of all transaction and stop this rout of black money in India.

Following can be considered to improve Traffic sense - License can be linked to Aadhaar and All the defaulters should be tracked with this -Traffic police should drive on the road on two wheeler and should keep eye on traffic rule violator to check lane discipline, indicator use, gape between vehicle, working brake light, rash driving. Immediately stop and fine them. - vehicle should not carry Iron roads etc which are coming out of the vehicle loading area, life threatening for others

One Nation One software We should have one software for all government establishments. Same software will be used by Central Government, state Government ,Municipal corporations ,Gram panchayats etc. This will help in montoring the funds. Keeping tracks of projects. This will also help in fast implementation of decisions in future.

start the pay toilets at railway stations, increase the number of toilets and it should be on every platform and start imposing fine on people who does toilet in open spaces.

Sir pls ensure that people consuming tobaco or alcohole in any form is not entitled for any kind of subsidy because who can spent for these unnecesery products must not be entiteled for gov schemes. It will either reduce tobaco consumtion or load on gov tresury
