The Policy on Collaborative Application development by Opening the source code of Applications intends to increase the pace of application development and rapid roll out/ implementation by adopting the principles of open-source development model. Government wants to promote reuse of existing developed applications. Successful running applications and new applications are envisaged to be developed within the public domain by opening the application source code and it is also intended to encourage innovation inside and outside Government by encouraging collaborative development to achieve better products in less time.

e-Gov application source open approach—including the use and release of application source to public—can reduce costs, reduce development time, and improve overall quality, including security through increased transparency and mass peer review.

At least 2 Book Libraries and 2 Gymnasium are necessary in each village. So that village people and students must have knowledge about necessary and useful Things for daily life. Gymnasium will provide health consciousness for every one.

The bureaucratic processes by WPC should be stopped and the examinations improved in line with UK and USA, Japan and other countries have more hams (amateur radio) enthusiasts than India. The ham radio frequencies are self monitored but our processes remain archaic and in the past. making their products as sub-standards in low cost and seeling out in market and just playing with the patients-lives......so sir their is immediate need to stop and regulate such kind of pharmna marketing and Doctors practices.....only then we will save the patients from such players of life.....pls do something and make change in DRUGS LAW AS WELL AS MCI LAW( Authorty regulating Doctors practice) and make it better and responsible towards the public and Nation...... regards,,, viveksharma

CHC(Community Health Centres) whether they may be private practioners or may be Govt Doctors working at city CHC...sir,nowdays about 95% of doctors are running their private clinics who work at Govt hospitals....may be hospitals do not give information about this, but peoples living in surrounding areas know alll...i an saying this confidently because i am working in Private Healthcare ltd and i see this everyday...doctors are just violating the laws but noone is to see and take action against

sir,DIGITAL TECHNIQUE CAN be used in GOVENMENT HOSPITALS in villages where major population lives and they have been referred to cities for any small or large operations,in cases of HEART -ATTACKS,ANGINA,or any surgery which takes lot of time in travelling of patients life ..also takes in danger in life....by DIGITAL technology EVERY GOVT HOSPITAL can use WI-FI and 3G service on computer and TV screen to take help in any major operations/any critical condition from the refernces,WEBINARS...

City satellite : My suggestion is to lunch city satellite. These satellite will connected inside city and with naughbour city satellite. These satellite will stay nearly 1 km above ground level of city with the help of CO2 bullon. These satellite will function as same as golble satellite. Also, its camera eye helps in traffic control, waste management, law & order, thrft control, heavy & govt. vehicle movement, emergency service support, etc. We can see temperature, wind direction also.
