Instead of ready made packaged junk snacks, eat nutritious healthy non-junk traditional Indian snacks made from whole grains pulses like wheat rice chana urad masoor moong makka bajra jwar ragi kodo jau etc. I have taken initiative in this direction by starting Srimanas Rasoi that produces nutritious healthy non-junk snacks.

Hii friends, sahi poshan aahar se hi good health banegi. Hum sabko pata h sahi poshan aahar kya h fir bhi hum masaledaar, chatpata, fast food, packed food aur na jaanne kya kya kha lete h jo Hamare sehat k liye achha nahi h. Hamesha pani pite rahe, vegetables aur fruits khaye, taaza bhojan grahan Karen, khush rahen, saaf safai ka dhyan rakhen, non veg Kamsekam khayen etc. Dhanyawad

The importance of good diet and nutrition for a healthy living 1) Drink a glass of warm water in the morning. 2) After your workout, have a fresh vegetable or fruit juice it will cleanse your digestive system and will remove toxins. 3) For Breakfast have Dalia, Poha, Dry Fruits, Milk to keep your body light and healthy. 4) 1 Hour before lunch, have a glass of fresh Nimbu Paani or Cocunut Water. 5) In lunch eat Roti, Rice, Dal, Sprouts in 3:2:1 Ratio with 3= Dal, 2=Vegetables (Sabji) 1=Roti

IF YOU WANT TO EAT WHITE RICE MIX RICE WITH BUTTER TILL 2-3MINUTES IT WILL MAKE RICE NUTRITIENT DRING PLAIN DAAL DAILY EAT WATERMELON, CUCUMBER TO REDUCE HEAT TEMPERATURE OF WATER DRINK COCONUT WATER ,LEMON JUICE ,CUMINS WATER
