Most of the Indian are found with deficiency of Vitamin D and Vitamin B12 which play a very critical role in overall development of our body. Its quite strange for a country where Sunlight is found in abundance. However, with busy lifestyle, exposure to Sunlight in morning hours and healthy diet are leading to this deficiency. Its not only diet but other factors are also important.

For healthy India, firstly, prices of all types of grains, vegetables, fruits, nuts, cooking oil, milk and other food products must be brought down drastically. All food items must be made affordable for each and every individual.

As we all know about our Indian food that is rich with nutrients and our spices have potential medicinal value. But I think two things are important for a healthy nation first avaibility of nutritional food to all citizens and food should be organic, chemical free and should not adulterated in any manner. It's not matter how much healthy food we are eating but if it is not organic or adulterated all things are vanishes it's nutrition. We should encourage home kitchen garden practices.
