1. Wash fruits and vegetables before cutting to prevent loss of vitamins and minerals. 2. Follow recommended dietary allowance for protein intake which is 0.8 g per kg body weight. 3. Use proper cooking method. Methods like steaming, pressure cooking etc. conserve more nutrients than deep frying. 4. Regulate the amount of oil/fat consumption. 5. Drink ample amount of water. 6. Snacks like muri (puffed rice), chura (flattened rice) roasted grams etc. are better option than junk foods.

We should not be worry about that rich or costly food , which generally costly that can not be bought by the middle class people.But what we have take happily and joyfully will also keeps our body wealthy.

Take seasonal fruits and seasonal vegetables like mango, Jamun.Jamun is very useful for diabetes.Further take bitter vegetables like Karla in meals once or two in a week.

NUTRITION IS THE MOST COMMON DISCUSSED & WIDE SUBJECT.NUTRITION INCLUDES HEALTHY FOOD ,BUT ALSO A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE.ITS FOUND DRINKING WATER & COOKING OIL CONTRIBUTE TO 50 % OF OUR HEALTH IF BOTH ARE TAKEN IN A BALANCED WAY OIL TO THE MINIMUM CONSUMPTION & PREFERABLY RICEBRAN OIL IS CONSUMED IS GOOD FOR HEALTH & WATER 8 TO 10 GLASSES /DAY IS A WAY TO LEAD A HEALTY LIFE & NOT TO FORGET EXERCISE/YOGA

We have to take for gud immunity and healthier life. One should take at least 8 liters of water to be consume in every to hours of gap daily. Take green vesetibules like palak, spinach, red cabbage, broccoli, capsicum bottle guard ex.... 100 g each per day to be consumed

Namaste everyone! 1.)Have densely nutritive food items. 2.) An ideal balance meal should have-- 40% fruits and vegetables 25% fibre-rich carbs 25% proteins 10% fats 3.) Limit white bread, white rice, cold cuts, processed meat, etc 4.) Have 2 glasses of milk and 1 glass of fresh fruit juice everyday Good luck with your balanced diet!! Jai Hind!
