The importance of a balanced diet can’t be emphasized enough for a healthy lifestyle. A healthy lifestyle can be attained by maintaining a balanced diet and keeping into consideration to meet all the essential nutrients required by the body. A proper meal plan helps to attain ideal body weight and reduce the risk of chronic diseases like diabetes, cardiovascular and other types of cancer.

POSHAN PAKHAWARA Only a healthy person can contribute to the extent to boost the economy and play a vital role to accelerate the GDP.Asick race pushes the nation into ditch.so be healthy ,prosperity shall stand before you.How can we be health All living things need nutritious feed,whether plants and animals etc.If alongwith green grass the feed is not provided to animals their activities reflect the weakness in their movements.So is with plants. But human beings are above all the living beings

those who can afford must eat fruit, milk and protein in breakfast carbohydrate, vegetables specially green ones, fruits and pulses in lunch in the evening again protein carbohydrate milk vegetable fruit with water frequently

Law must be formed to teach beggars(disable, child, old, transgender etc) to earn their livelihood though constructive way not by begging till then govt should ensure sufficient balanced diet it can be big building block in eradicating begging from our country

Old peoples poor peoples living without any source of income also need balanced diet for their survival so govt must ensure sufficient balanced food items to them in their ending journey

Pregnant women needs balanced diet more than any other as she is carrying and feeding two lives one self and one baby inside thus govt should provide some monetary benefits for ensuring food during pregnancy and after that till baby grow upto two years so that poor families can buy sufficient food for their newborns

instead of giving food free we should teach poor people to earn food so that they can earn food with self respect and will not depends on govt for free food and easy accessibility by the way of providing skill based training to them and helping them to sell their products in market with forming their self reliant groups or societies
