The Zoroastrian community usher in Navroz by decorating their doorstep with rangoli and fresh flowers. A trip to the fire temple in the morning hours will see them exchange greetings with other members of their community. As per the ritual, they place seven symbolic things that start with the letter S — sabzeh, senjed, samanu, sir, serkejh, sib and suma — on a special table.

The greatest resource for a country is the humans whom it breeds , wherein the youths are referred as the ' builders ' . Therefore , the youth needs to be given proper attention , which includes proper diet . Teenagers are also youths and they must intake a protein rich diet . Youths who earn their own bread must consume more carbohydrates as they need energy to work for the nation . Vitamins and Minerals are essential in every stage of life .

Dear, Prime Minister @NarendraModi Ji #Sparrow is only in books and poems. If a sparrow is ever seen in the village, then the children wither but it is a shame for the entire human society that the sparrow is now on the verge of extinction. Sparrow protection should be our ultimate duty which is not there even today, just to remind ourselves of this, we celebrate #WorldSparrowDay every year. Sparrow conservation should be discussed in #MannKiBaat. #SparrowDay

According to me, starting the day with a glass of water and ending the day with a glass of milk is a good nutritive practice which can help you to boost your health. Meanwhile two to three chappati, a cup of pulses is necessary and these can be easily available in any home. if you can manage then add a fruit in your daily diet. Use less sugar, salt and refined wheat flour. Never forget to do exercise daily. Than you

Fruits are an excellent source of essential vitamins and minerals, and they are high in fiber. Fruits also provide a wide range of health-boosting antioxidants, including flavonoids. Eating a diet high in fruits and vegetables can reduce a person's risk of developing heart disease, cancer, inflammation, and diabetes

Perhaps India is the luckiest country in matter of diversities of food as our country has diverse land and seasons to form the various types of food n tradition. We have also old age sense of nutrition value of our food items.. various food according to seasons is a blessing to us. The only thing that we have to do is to understand our food tradition n to follow it. We have custom of different types of food per our festivals which is also scientific n logical as well.
