आशा और आंगनबाड़ी को स्मार्टफोन मोबाईल दिए गए हैं ।उनसे ऐप के माध्यम से अल्पपोषण बच्चों के बारे में जानकारी साझा करने को कहा जाय । उन बच्चों को पोषण सामग्री घर जा के प्रदान की जाय।

पोषण पखवाड़ा को सफल बनाने के लिए एक ऐप बना कर उससे किशोरियों और महिलाओं को खुद रजिस्टर करने के लिए प्रोत्साहित करना चाहिए।

A nutritional diet can help us to get rid of many harmful diseases and increases our immune system to fight with virus.Nutritional diet give us many nutrients,minerals which will help in our building tissues.Now a days youth are very much attached to junk food and this is the reason for some diseases like obesity, depression, intolerance etc.Junk food contains more fats which are harmful for body.Youth must eat green vegetables,fruits , cereals as this is only time to make their body for future.

No junk food only eat green vegetables and fruits which only provide us vitamin protein and carbohydrates. So all say Saustha Bharat and Healthy Bharat.

turmeric milk daily... homemade chawanprash Jorankhush tea handful mixture of badam kishmish and ankhroat daily daily sprouts..with tomato onion and bit mirchi have daliya in breakfast badam bhigoo do eat in morning avoid junk food proper balance of eating food have seasonal fruits and vegetables like Moooli , chukandar , Singhada...etc.. eat fit..remain fit , family fit society fit then India fit..
