As a greatest nation on Earth I believe India has a moral obligation to lead the fight against hunger and malnutrition.the best investment for the country can do is to have a healthy childrens, so we should start from the children itself 1st the Government should provide free care unit in every village for childrens to get heathy food and diet. 2nd every school should provide a healthy food system Our diet is a bank account good food choices are good investment.health required healthy food.

The best investment that a country can make is to put milk into its children .we know that a peaceful country cannot long exist one- third rich and two -third hungry .so the first is to make a propotional rate for wages ,salaries and prices of agricultural product so it will provide equal opportunity for every one to provide food for themselves . 2nd the large amount of grains stored in the granaries provided by the government have to give to the 3rd class living in the society for free.

Consuming a healthy diet throughout the life-course helps to prevent malnutrition in all its forms as well as a range of noncommunicable diseases (NCDs) and conditions. However, increased production of processed foods, rapid urbanization and changing lifestyles have led to a shift in dietary patterns. People are now consuming more foods high in energy, fats, free sugars and salt/sodium, and many people do not eat enough fruit, vegetables and other dietary fibre such as whole grains.
