poshan pakhwada humare desh ki janta ko health care ke liye vibhinn madhyam se diet ke liye motivate karna hai jisse hum samajh me health ke liye jagruk ho sake yah hare aadarniya P.M. Mahoday ke madhyam se hi desh ma vibhinn Yojana scheme ke dawara gramin area and below poverty line ke logo ko sahi poshan diet milaake. koi bhi parivaar va bacchon ko paryapt bhojan milsakey koi bhukha na radiet milaake sabhi log sahi poshan diet le sakeyhey. sahi va jaruratmand logo ko yah

Poor and poorest children are not getting Enough poshan since March 2020. School goers and of course non goers have not seen even a glass full of milk since last one year. Most of them depend on just rice or sookhi roti with water. Buying daal and sabzi has become more out of reach due to high going prices ever. Labour working Out of their state not getting rations for themselves. You must instruct states to distribute milk also along with rations .

healthy and balanced diet rich with all nutrients . make distance as far as junk food or fast food. include fruits also daily life.

healthy food is balance of all the essential components which includes right amount of carbohydrates vitamins proteins and trace elements. So our food should include cereals I.e roti and rice, proteins which is in dal along with vegetables and fruits. Along with this we should also include curds which is good natural source probiotic. I think Indian food is balance of all these.
