Our indian culture is world famous culture because of it's good health practices .Like before this Corana pandamic whenever we come from outside we first wash our hands, face, ect and then we are allowed to do other tasks in our home. Now a days we can see many telivision adds about new liquids coming for washing fruits and vegetables, but that is not good for our health so we all use to wash fruits and vegetable'sby water. there are many ads of junk food but we Indians like to eat healthy food.

Eat healthy on time, without skipping the breakfast and end up with brunch... Children should be taught about the mineral ingredients and the benefits of taking them clearly. They should also be educated to take in regular intervals and what are the best combinations to improve their immune system. Also about what should both be taken as combos. The girl Children should be taught not to take the stale food and the left overs at home.
