Balance Diet is necessary for good health and nutrition. When you consume a teaspoon of flax seeds in a glass of water (Infusion) , the protein content also help suppress your appetite. This in turn, will prevent from overeating, thereby, helping you lose weight. It helps you feeling full for a long time and increase metabolism. The infuse water is loaded with vitamins and minerals like Omega 3 fatty acids, fibre and potassium all of the which are necessary in weight loss program.
