Today's educational system in school stresses too much on academics which compels cramming. Creativity, thinking, reasoning, and analytical capability had been put on back burner. The child must be told to develop capability in these fields. Once the child start reasoning, he tends to learn many things automatically. More time must be spent on practical demonstration of basic sciences. tours to museums, and other places must be encouraged.

ICSC ISC board and CBSE too taking Nation backward by creating trained dunky in all field. In these systems of education a creative child never can pass even highschool level. Exactly it is going on in our Nation. We are not able to produce a single good scientist from IIT s and other universities . Thise Universities don't allow creative student to take admission. That was predefined by English administration here to make our nation always backward .

मै एक दूर दराज गांव से हू। लखनऊ की गोमती नगर इलाके में ठहरा हूँ जो कि देश की सबसे बडी उच्च मध्यम एवं उच्च वर्ग की कालोनी है जहां उच्चतम अधिकारी वर्ग का घर है। यहाँ की छ: लेन का चौराहा इसलिए बंद रहता है कि सभी दूसरे से पहले निकलना चाहते है और फिर कोई नहीं निकलपाता। किसी को शक नही है कि ऐ देश में सबसे अधिक आधुनिक शिक्षा में पढे लोग है। इनकी नकल करना हमारे युवा उच्च औऱ बौद्धिक क्षेत्र में सफलता का आधार मानते है। बिचार करे कहा कमी है जो बेचारे सडक भी नहीं पार कर पाते??

In our education system a revolution time came by applying practical, outdoor, skill development in knowledge... Today a child complete till one engineering degree but he or she doesn't know about their work or field also..

I have been a teacher at Ele. Level in a very remote place of Assam for the last 2 1/2 yrs.The greatest tragedy to our edu. system has been that policies have been framed by people having no touch with the vast rural India. take any book at the ele. level and you find they have been framed by people in the metros. IAS officials come from adv. background & they cant fathom the ground realities. And I as teacher donot get any respect from our higher ups-they treat us like anything.CL is blocked

मान्यवर शिक्षा का सार नैतिकता है जब तक शिक्षा में भारतीय नैतिकता को समाहित नही किया जायेगा तब तक उद्देशय को प्राप्त करना बहुत कठिन है क्योंकि आजकल हम कहते हैं की भारत का साक्षरता प्रतिशत बढ़ रहा है परन्तु उसके साथ साथ अपराध भी बढ़ रहा है जबकि शिक्षित समाज में अपराध कम होना चाहिए परन्तु परिणाम उल्टा दिखाई पड़ रहा है क्योंकि हमने नैतिकता से दूरी बनाना शुरू कर दिया हर्बर्ट ने कहा है की शिक्षा के सम्पूर्ण सार को यदि एक शब्द में बताना हो तो वह शब्द नैतिकता है यदि शिक्षा में नैतिकता का समावेश नही होगा त

Medium of instruction in mother tongue is the only way to promote cultural integration. Today because of English Medium of instruction even the seasons in India are being taught as 4 but where as we have 6 seasons in Bharat. We are losing our culture. Bharat is always integrated even though there are many languages, habits etc. Binnatvam me Ekatvam. In olden Bharat everybody has lot of freedom to develop own language, art, dance etc. Now this is not the case more and more local culture is lost.

Sanskrit is the only language which can culturally bind almost all Indians if we keep aside few languages. So SANSKRIT must be taught in each and every school. Cultural integration will follow on its own.

I strongly think we need to reform our govt schools. There should be incentive based programme for teachers to produce good results. Building and facilities in competition with private schools. Seats should reserved in all colleges for students from these schools. Reservation should be based on merits, not on the bases of CAST OR RELIGION. Govt should support them financially so that deserving kids from poor families can become doctors, engenders etc.
