I dont see a group for improving the Agriculture . Please add a group for Agriculture. Today we need to discuss on this most neglected area. Our polices should be able to create farmers equally as we create engineers/doctors/managers etc.,

All equivalent institutions like IIT's/ISM,NIT may share faculty resources on transfer basis for better academic inputs and exposure to the faculty as well as students. A policy decision may be taken in this regard otherwise stagnation of faculty may exists in particular institution.

The first thing which every Indian should bring within themselves is that he should think as an Indian and not as local of different states. Each and every individual should have the feeling that he belongs to India and not to different states. Education Should be the same across the country and irrespective of which state you belongs to and whats your mother tongue. We must make effort to make a single forum where all the children will get same education and same knowledge. We all are One India

For the development of a country language is the bridge. If you consider countries like Germany or Brazil; the majority's language place the important role. But in a diversified culture in India; English has to be the bridge the nation with importance to Hindi and the regional language. Give priority for a child to learn English; that will take to major heights. However give importance to Regional Language as well. Only English can bridge cultures in India.

Education at all levels should be in National language,in Sanskrit and hindi (Because 80% of the our crucial time waste in transferring Visual English into Mother tongue in memory and again imparting in English). ENGLISH SHOULD BE TAUGHT AS A LANGUAGE ONLY NOT AS THE MEDIUM. 2. They should be teached abt environment/culture, how to use natural resources effectively and efficiently-, then exam based on this. Exams shuld be practicals like visiting villages Where they have to resolve theirPROBLMS

सबसे पहले आँख बंद कर के पास करने की व्यवस्था को बदलने की जरुरत है। मेरी राय में शिक्षकों के वेतन को बच्चों की performance से जोड़ा जा सकता है, अगर कक्षा अच्छा करती है तो increment नहीं तो वेतन में से कटौती।राज्यों में शिक्षा व्यवस्था को अधिक सुधार की जरुरत है।मैंने एक छोटा सा सर्वे किया जिसमे मैंने पाया कि प्राइवेट और सरकारी स्कूल के बच्चों के स्तर में बहुत अंतर है। जहां cbse के बच्चों को कंप्यूटर का बहुत ज्ञान है वही सरकारी स्कूल के बच्चे कम्प्यूटर के बारे में कुछ नहीं बता पाये।

मैं बी.एड. की छात्रा हूं, सरकारी स्कूल में ट्रेनिंग क दौरान मैंने पाया कि कक्षा 8वीं तक पास करने के प्रावधान के कारण बच्चे 8वीं तक तो आ गए पर उन्हें अंग्रेजी तो दूर हिंदी लिखना-पढना भी नहीं आता, जिसके कारण वो 9वीं में फेल हो जाते हैं और निराश हो कर पढाई छोड़ देते हैं। ये समस्या बहुत गंभीर है क्योंकि ऐसे बच्चों की संख्या अधिक है। इस समस्या के लिए बहुत हद तक शिक्षक ज़िम्मेदार है।बच्चे फेल नहीं होते इसीलिए शिक्षकों पर कोई दबाव नहीं होता। शिक्षकों की जवाबदारी तय होनी चाहिए।
