At National Level there should be 1 R&D Coordinating & Liasioning organization which should act as interface between govt. ,industry, individuals & institutions. Anybody who wish to pursue research in any area must first contact this organisation to get the updated information about past research in the same field. Similarly org. must get information about all new research undertaken in the field. All Ph.D Scholars have to register with this Central institution for R&D Promotion & Liasioning.

At present, the cost of doing research work in any field is very high. Normally a student starts searching for a job to sustain himself and his family. There must be research programmes which allow students to earn something while doing research work.Suggestions:- 1. More allocation of funds to research and innovation. 2. Strict monitoring over research work to avoid duplicacy and copying 3. Digitalization of all research work made in the past. 4 Linking research to people rather than to library

Need to do research on Indian resources and ensure it reaches masses, otherwise research has got no purpose. Measure the research institutes achievement with end results. Example Our Neem tree products had been patented by US. Similarly Turmeric, Red Sanders, etc. There is lot more in our tradition. Research should be focused on social benefits, not on paper. Today there is big gap, would say lot of institutes doing nothing.

Research orientation should be cultivated in youngsters right from their schooling days. Subsidize and supply to schools and colleges all equipment required for kindling the minds of youngsters with their research. Open museums and libraries with all materials that help students to gather all required knowledge to excel in their researches. Last and the most important one - conduct state and national level competitions to showcase their achievements.
