Seperate Universities for the purpose of research should be established dileniating from post graduate teaching in every state.

Sir' please discuss about the GOOD ACADEMIC RECORD for selection procedure of Asst. Prof. In different College University of India. It gives a great suffer to the students who are qualified NET / JRF student. Is there any chances those students who are qualified NET/ JRF exam but not a good academic record? Please discuss UGC selection rule act 3.3.0.! It gives a great grievances to the poor student of the society!

It must be compulsory for a Student completing higher Education that he/she must do Research and innovation.Every student may be engaged in Research/Innovation by introducing rewards and punishment.Innovation should be recognized at a proper platform and at Govt level.Every student must be provided with a facility for innovation.He/She must know that his/her innovation will not go into waste,it must be started from school level so that every students may practice for innovation and its method

It should be compulsory for a student to do research under the guidance of any senior professor, since quality research cannot be done under him/her as the guide, especially in INdia, do not want his student to go ahead than him, because of EGO. If a research scholar is free than his actual capability can be tested.

सभी सरकारी संस्थान Permanent Jobs वाले को ही कोई Research Project दिया जाता हैं तो क्यों नहीं Project का सारा पैसा Direct researcher के account में ट्रांसफर कर दिया जाये!

In India value of innovation is vanishing because it practically has no value for students. So they prefer cramming books instead of creating something. A special platform like innovative invention competition should be organised with a reasonable prize and a change in education system providing innovation a separate importance as a subject might help. This way students will love to invent and they'll have to .

sabse pahle university level par R&D ke shetra me achche projects ko prmote karne ke liye pryapt fund provide karna chahiye visheshkar ese projects ke liye jo aam logo ki zindgi ko jyada saral,sawasth aur samrith bna ske eske alawa ISRO, AIIMS,IISC,IITs,TIFR etc ke sath universities ke collaboration, school level ke bachcho ke sath interaction jesi acivities ko promote karne ke liye vishesh prayas karne chahiye aage jakar ense jo results milenge vo swayam economically profite generate karenge
