While appointing teachers on GOvt. Jobs, more focus should be laid on their IT/Technical skills rather than just Maths, Hindi, English. I Don't understand why teaching banks take test of Math, Reasoning for IT Teachers / Officers when they are supposed to work in IT skills. People take coaching of Maths/Reasoning, crack exams and take jobs while IT skill holding personnel stays at backseat sue to less overall score, why should we learn math/hindi after learning IT skills?

Idea is good, but before that Govt should ensure at-least Electricity/Infrastructure so that students could use the Computers. Even in Schools upto 10+2 in villages are working without the minimum infrastructure. Where all the money in developing these infr goes???

Use of technology is not just hindrance in education system ,most dangerous threat are policies of promoting students to higher classes even when they fail to come up to a minimum level.students are aware that even they don't study at all teacher will be in tensio , ot they. Fear of failure is one of positive catalysts that make students to strife hard for education it also helps them understanding stress related situations and enables them in overcoming them.
