ICT can potentially make significant difference in improving the quality of education. The National Policy of ICT in School Education envisions and provides for the development of a holistic framework of ICT support in the school system. While there have several ways in which ICT in schools are being implemented, we need to optimally use and leverage technology to achieve quality and efficiency in all of the interventions. Under this theme, we need to find solutions on how best technology can be leveraged for both school and adult education and share best practices, if any.

• The appointment of Vice chancellor should be in proper channel only based on quality wise without any corruption like judicial. • The appointment of teaching faculties only through TRB, based on their quality and should avoid all kind of corruption. • We should not encourage the permanent posting in teaching. Every five years once the quality based test in concern subject should conduct and based on their result the continuity of job may fix.

College wise,Course wise unethical admission donation datasets should be tracked,maintained & published declassified with PAN Number,Name of institute on http://www.data.gov.in & banned in India.As capitalizing on knowledge resource with role like education mafia to create money minting educational institute is sinful,shameful,unethical & promotes corruption.Without formal business partnership/SEBI approved share holding offered to parents,it only amounts to money extortion operation,not charity

Aadhar Single SignIn authenticated Learning Management System framework officially from Govt of India is the need of the hour especially for senior college students.This can help in consistently maintaining quality of education,improve control on education system & check variations in publishings of knowledge artifacts as lessons with minor discrepancies/mistakes across India.

Education Minister should instruct operating system vendors like Google (Android),Microsoft (Windows),Canonical & Mozilla group (Ubuntu) etc to comply including cca.gov.in issued root CA certificates in 2014 in their product's certificate key store.As this shows disrespect towards Govt of India's Digital Security Infrastructure.This is undesirable in digital transformation era with Learning Management Systems.Violation of IT Act 2000 esp sub rule 20 on cross certification should be banned.

Education Minister with Defence Minister should enforce implementation of security software similar to "Green Dam" from China for Indian Citizens & Indian Nationals for long term safeguarding children & the future of India against many attacks.

First like judiaciry there should be an educationary to ensure free and compulsory education under the central govt with same syllabus. So every child and citizen can come main stream. If it will happen then so many problem like bagging, poverty, corruption, backwordness, gender and child crime, etc. can be reduced. Further it will unite the whole people of country. Every school should be under the control and supervision of govt.

Sir. Extra ordinary delay is being done in declaration of results of NET examination.this is not fair. In future this examination should be conducted online to ensure fairness and proper ness.please ensure that all the examination should be conducted online.it will prove as milestone in our system of recruitment and examination.

The major part of Full Time Equivalent role of teachers,lecturers,professors should be assigned to Artificial Intelligence based Virtual Teachers & Learning Management System from Govt of India to take care of mechanical rote learning framework & bring consistency of education standards. Doubt Solving Difficulty Sessions can be arranged during weekends. The teacher resources freed must be effectively utilized mainly for Indigenous Innovation Govt R&D projects,Ph.d Thesis to boost global IPR

Education Minister with NCERT chief should instruct school principals with policy to boost,promote & standardize simulated learning based on score/ranking from standard software like "Guardians of the Skies" a mobile game officially launched by the Indian Air Force. These may be vital for evaluating cognitive/NCC cadet performance/selection & help choose career path for students.
