ICT can potentially make significant difference in improving the quality of education. The National Policy of ICT in School Education envisions and provides for the development of a holistic framework of ICT support in the school system. While there have several ways in which ICT in schools are being implemented, we need to optimally use and leverage technology to achieve quality and efficiency in all of the interventions. Under this theme, we need to find solutions on how best technology can be leveraged for both school and adult education and share best practices, if any.

We say today's generation doesn't believe in our culture & traditions, but I disagree only thing is they doesn't believe in things which are not answered and are made to believe blindly. Now, is the time we need to relate our culture and traditions with science , and both are actually related . Our previous generation followed it blindly and they don't have answer when questions are asked by the new generation and hence the problem. This needs to be addressed soon.

Bhagwad Gita is mostly studied by people after reaching a certain age when they come to know about life and how to live it after time is passed , its like crying over a spill milk. Rather the Bhagwad Gita should be taught as Moral Science so that our children will know how to live their life in advance.

.... we talk about 100 % children attendance but what about teachers.sir It is my humble request please conduct survey regarding teachers availability in school time.there are so many primary education schemes that are not successful at grass root.I am sure you will find out reluctant Mr. teachers involved in etc activities. sir we pay approx 26000/month for a primary teacher but where is outcome? So for the success of ICT tools first we should develop a pool of dedicated teachers.

Dear Modi Sir, We have two main types of syllabus i.e. State Board Syllabus and CBSE. Each state have their own style of education. First step is to make the syllabus common i.e. only one and it should be applicable for all the states mandatorily to follow. Withdrawal of state syllabus is required. My thinking behind this is - from very ealry stage all our children learn one common syllabus i.e. on one platform so that their thought process will be same. Education process will be same for all.

Respected P.M.& H.R.D. Minister, Having a great faith in your vision I want to say, no doubt the ICT has a great role in shaping modern India and can play a constructive role in rural India also, first we should focus on 100 % availability of quality teachers in primary schools.sir just imagine computers are there in primary schools, children are waiting for teacher and Mr. Teacher is preparing for competitive Exams after taking leave on so many hypothetical grounds. from GRASS ROOT Diaries

continue... I remember every teacher use to ask what is your aim in life and we used to say Eng, doctor etc but nobody said I want to be a good person a good citizen. We need to concentrate more on creating good citizens of India and best place is to start at school. Good engineer or doctor but if not a good person will always lead to corruption in future. We should create good disciplined future citizens , success will be on the way.

Today we r in acute crunch of moral bankruptcy. Reason we are short of ethics, values of which make a false claims. We need to reinforce those moral values in our educational system. Moral education should be compellsory starting from class 1 to PG. And meditation should also be made compulsory. All the meditation teachers should be certified and paid handsome. How much we do R&d. Education should be concept based. Not a scoring based.free mind is required for mind development. We are white coll
