Education needs a total reform. First and foremost, there is a need for 'de-politicising' it. Secondly, a clear mapping of 'learning' from 'job-seeking' needs to be understood. Additionally, there is need for mapping the needs of 'early years' 'primary' 'middle' 'secondary' 'vocational' and 'higher education' separately - and not create a 'one size fits all' system under the garb of nationalism.
We will then need infrastructure - both physical and human - human infra - which is constantly alive

Sir, most city schools these days use ICT. However, their use will be greater in schools where access to books and good teachers is poor, in rural and semi-urban areas. For digital class rooms & libraries to come into vogue in far flung areas, broad band connectivity and power supply should be speeded up. To access virtual class rooms, better study material would give a huge fillip to the quality of education in India.

The schools having laptops or computers can arrange a weekly session asking the students to collect their ideas for the related topics in the mygov site and can ask the students to use the site with teachers assistance starting from fifth standard. Thus the students could be able to share what they want.

Separate internet package with certain rules and regulations should be created especially for the students to equip them in learning process. These internet packages should filter the unwanted contents strictly. So that our students will be safe in their learning process while using internet.

As India has big population so community learning and community accessing such learning is must for India. Rather than empowering individuals with devices , certain percentage of population for the support of community should be taught IT and that too in joint community learning. In India people like IT because it has money and respect. If we give same money and respect to labor then minimal population will like IT . As population is a resource so deploy them sensibly rather than obsessively.

As basic human nature is of enjoying this fruits of mother earth and education system including IT is to make life better for the community . The interface with technology should be for the betterment and not for obsession and easy earnings.Promoting IT for masses is just an obsession. Restricted use and dedicating certain amount of population is enough. Not every on should be an IT savvy. People easily run devices successfully when needed.Interface language is necessary.Think of e waste .
