Language helps us in communicating. Everyone is more comfortable to speak in their own language-their mother tongue. As a Government policy, we should encourage people to speak in their language. All official work within the district should be in local language. All inter-distrct & intra-state work should be in the Major Local Language spoken by max. people in the state. All inter-state & national level communication should be in Hindi & English. All international level communication in English.

to be create a better one education policy in a India through Governments & PPP mode

There should be several competitions or exams based on languages held by the government. It might include written exams or debates or other competitions which require language skills.

माननीय प्रधानमंत्री जी पूरे देश में एक ही शिक्षा नीति हो । शिक्षा के व्यवसायीकरण पर रोक लगाई जाये। शिक्षक राष्ट्र निर्माणकर्ता है। उनको उचित सम्मान और वेतन मिलना चाहिए। देश संविदा भर्ती प्रक्रिया बंद हो।

Even though a child can uderstand and learn better in mother tounge, apart from that english should be medium of instruction as it is globally accepted one. Also student should give a chance lo select one foreign language from the selected list given by school.

It is good to introduce three language at high school level courses.This will improve job/business opportunities apart learning others culture and ethics.

No doubt language is a powerfull media to express our thought and desire. Therefore in learning process language play a vital role. Regional language has power to enhance the regional spirit and culture. Promotion of mother tounge as learning media fulfill the purpose of education .Our country has different language and there has different culture also.Promotion of language in education make our education policy rich and easy accessible.

With the focus on preparing with competitive examinations, many schools are undermining or reducing the languages to mere 'portion completion' exercise. They devote less time and focus on passing examination. As a result, at the end of the high school, children are not able to write two good sentences in English. I have seen that engineering graduates and MBAs cannot frame good sentences and speak confidently. This greatly works against them when applying for jobs leading to frustration.

Why should people bother about learning languages if it doesn't benefit them? What are the consequences if one uses wrong grammar, spellings etc. in any communication? If there are rewards/penalties associated with use of correct/incorrect language, it would help.
