Parents should have the freedom to make their wards study the language of their choice. (including Hindi). Studying the respective State language can remain compulsory to all the students as it is now. But that should not prevent the students from studying Hindi as an additional language. The State Government should continue to conduct Board Examinations for the students studying Hindi as additional language.

Sir, primary schools in all states should have classes in local language / mother tongue, english should also be a subject. In high school those opting for english medium can, and three language formula should be followed so as to create greater awareness of other Indian languages. Foreign languages can be taught as co-curricular activity. In higher secondary students can concentrate on core subjects alone with english & one other language as additionals. For this, one school board is needed.

Sanskrit has to be promoted and a platform should be created for all people of this country to see Sanskrit learning coupled with modern technology as lucrative. Children should be encouraged to learn Sanskrit and research our ancient texts and couple it with modern technology to create a complete solution. It has to be promoted in such a way that the willingness to learn Sanskrit should overpower the cries of divisive politicos in name of language etc. This would create a more unified India.
