Sir, if Ganga is to be cleaned, the process should start from its origin and not from midway. A separate agency should be entrusted to monitor the important banks and any body found polluting the river and river banks should be penalized. All important towns on the banks should be sensitized and local level volunteers should be encouraged for keeping the banks clean and their efforts should be applauded. Punitive actions must be taken against polluting industries and municipalities.

Sir today the health of ganga is very poor and we all known that gangs is like our mother , we all have love her by heart and all of things after knowing we do this type of things which hurt her very badly becoz her health is very bad and everyone thing that if I do some bad work then what happen , but they do thus becoz there was no one who stop them , we have not any special and effective law which give lesson to the people specially industrialist who hurt our mother for their wasteful benefit
