सरकार पर्यटन को अवश्य बढ़ावा दें मगर गंगा की पवित्रता व् निर्मलता का ध्यान रखते हुए उसे पूर्णत स्वच्छ करवाएं इसके पश्चात् भी यदि कोई इसे फिर से गंदा करने की कोशिश करे उनसे अधिक-से अधिक दंड के रूप में शुल्क वसूल करें .

In case of corruption Law can be made - if the corruption of the person revealed with FULL PROOF then the wealth of such person should be acquired by the Govt. Instead off sending that person in jail, provision should be made that, he should get such a minimum amount which can fulfill his daily needs. However, there should be NEUTRAL SYSTEM to implement this Law.
