Lower court judgements are changed by high courts. High Court judgments are changed by Supreme Court. Even Supreme Court judgments are changed by the Bench.
Though, it is considered normal in our judicial system but just think a little deeper.
Same evidences, same witnesses, same circumstances but different interpretations.
This just shows that the whole system is subjective and susceptible to biases.
There is enough scope for AI based judgments based on witnesses and submitted evidences. If at any stage any judge is in disagreement with the order, he can change it by citing specific reasons.
This will ensure transparency and objectivity in judgements without biases.
Justice delivery will be faster and would reduce the load on courts.
