Directorate General Supplies and Disposal (DGS&D) under the directions of the Central Government has developed an online platform Government e-Market place (GeM), to facilitate online procurement of common use Goods & Services required by various Government Departments / Organizations / PSUs. GeM would thus provide a common platform to buyers and sellers/service providers for Direct Selling and e-auctions.

While procurement of goods is very common, the Government wants to take steps for the provisioning of services (just like products) through GeM platform for the ease of government buyers.

An example of service that has already been provisioned on GeM is Taxi Service. Government Buyers can select from a list of attributes (referred to as Biddable Parameters) example: Hiring type (spot hiring, regular hiring, leasing) , Duration of hiring (Half day, full day, Monthly Yearly etc), Body Type( Sedan, Hatchback), Engine Capacity (800CC to 2500CC) etc. The service provider would provide rates for all these combinations and the buyer can compare the rates for different service providers before placing the final order. The same can be visited on gem.gov.in

On the same lines, DGS&D is trying to draft some other services, the draft SLA and Biddable parameters of which are now put up for public consultation. We would like to have inputs on the specific Terms and Conditions drafted for each service as well as Financial/Technical Biddable Parameters standardized for offering various Services on GeM.

The draft SLA and Biddable Parameters of General Services can be found on links mentioned below.

The last date for submission of inputs is 23rd April, 2017.

dear sir, mai pradhan mantri ji se ye kahna chahata hu ki bank per itna kam barata ja raha hai ki log pressure mahsus kar rahe hai. agar yese hi kam brata gya to log bank chor kar ja rahe hai. bahut bank employee suiside kar rahe hai. sir bank ko privatization se bhi kharab condition hoto ja ra hai hi. gramin bank ki condition to aur kharab hai facility ke nam par zero hai . pressure itana jyada hai ki puchhiye nahi. gramin bank employee ko suvidha nationalised bank se kharab hai

आदरणी प्रधानमंत्री जी, भारत सरकार महोदय, सादर प्रणाम, Dear Sir, I am providing few suggestion regading better Public consultation. 1. Like NAMO app kindly guide all MP/MLA to create such app so their constituency ppls can connect them via digital mode easily and give suggestion or complaints much faster way.Fixed target for every MP/MLA on development plot. 2. નવો રૂલ્સ લાવી દેવામાં આવે કે ગાડી પર 'Government of India' કે 'Government of Gujarat' ની જગ્યાએ 'Servant of Public' લખવું તો 80% ગાડીઓ પરનાં સ્ટીકર આપ મેળે જ ગાયબ થઇ જાય અને ફાયદો એ થાય કે કોઈ એમ.પી., એમ.એલ.એ, હોદ્દેદાર નેતા કે કોઈ નાનામોટા અધિકારીના સાળા ની સાળી નો સુપુત્ર વાતે વાતે ગાડી માંથી ઉતરી ને બોલતો બંધ થઈ જાય 'તને ખબર નથી હું કોણ છું.' સારું લાગે તો અન્યને પણ જાગૃત કરવા આ વાત આગળ વધારજો. કારણકે પ્રધાનમંત્રીજી નું સૂત્ર છે ને કે "પઢેગા ઇન્ડિયા તભી તો આગે બઢેગા ઇન્ડિયા"

Sir, I am reiterating this. Please ban plastic bags in all its shapes and sizes. It is the single biggest threat to our environment. If the use of plastic goes on unchecked, I do not think humans will remain alive to welcome year 2099. Please, please ban plastic bags altogether.

Sir All Schools, Colleges, Educational Institutes, Teaching or Educational Sector must be restricted with their Fees & Education Structure equal to All. All India Must be Structured Education System Web Based, Books & Guidelines available online to all 1)All Students must be Identified by their AADHAR Card 2)All Schools, Institutes or Colleges must be listed on National Level according to their Rank 4)Fees Structure must be Same for All & That is Affordable 5)CASH LESS EDUCATION System

महोदय 9 माह का समय बीत गया न जाने इस अवधि में कितने साथी भगवान का प्यारे हो चुके होंगे। परन्तु आपके मंत्रालयों में मोटी मोटी पगार पाने वालें अधिकारिओं/कर्मचारिओं को किसी की दुःख तकलीफ की कोई परवाह नहीं है उन्हें सिर्फ और सिर्फ अपने वेतन से काम है। देश के हम वरिष्ठ नागरिकों के दुःखों व समस्याओं से काई लेना देना नहीं है।

महोदय 9 माह का समय बीत जाने के बाद भी आज तक Central Government and Central Autonomous Bodies के pensioners/ family pensioners को 1 जुलाई 2016 से बढे महगाई भत्ते का, न ही सांतवें वेतन आयोग का और न ही 01.1 .2017 से बढे महगाई भत्ते का कोई लाभ नहीं मिला। उक्त के सम्बन्ध में मेरे द्वारा आपके मंत्रालयओं में अपनी ग्रीवासं दर्ज कराइ गई जिनका नम्बर DOPPW/E/2017/03242, DOPPW/E/2017/04085, PMOPG/E/2017/0148952, PMOPG/E/2017/0115720 , PMOPG/E/2017/0123641 जिन आज तक कोई कार्यवाही नही हुई है।

आदरणी प्रधानमंत्री जी, भारत सरकार महोदय, सादर प्रणाम, महोदय आपका ध्यान मेरे द्वारा किये गये अनेको अनेको अनुरोधों की तरफ आकर्षित करना चाहता हू। महोदय आपके सुशासन में क्या हम गरीब Central Government and Central Autonomous Bodies के pensioners/ family pensioners को जिने व अपने परिवार का भर्णपोषण करने का अधिकार है या नहीं ? क्या यही आपकी सरकार के द्वारा देश के वरिष्ठ नागरिकों के लिए अच्छे दिन है।

Sir, All pvt schools shud also have a maximum fees limit that a school shud charge according to the strength of school,staff member acc to city so that school also get enough money to run the school and parents are also not overburdened Apart from it ncert books should only be there for the students as they are cheap and standard for students Schools are charging hefty fees,books are overpriced as they are from private publications and they also overcharge for transportation and uniform
