The Regional transport office (RTO) of any state has significant corruption. Most of the times, software is not working and PCs are off. The agents take advantage of this. The complete process of vehicle registration must be online, including transfer of registration from one state to other. Block chain technology can be used in vehicle registration, in consultation with technology companies like TCS, Congnizant etc.

Most of IT Programs Government has already developed .I was appointed as IT Advisor in SEEPZ SEZ Mumbai ,I was in final stage of implementing all IT Projects when New Development Commissioner Joined .He was very unhappy with my IT Projects plan to implementation and verbally terminated and thereafter he terminated all IT projects and now back to manual procedure so that most corruption can occur and commission is very good in manual system
Therefore implementation happen practically than papers

I think government should link increment depending upon work completed by government officers. Also take priority charge from people who can afford on the basis of their income tax return, pan car or Addhar details of people's who want fast service but also give free and fast process to poor people. Also give incentive to government officers on the basis of additional work done by him or her. Also change the act for removing unwanted clause which is hurdle. In all government offices and court.

every day we read in news that a criminal who had committed 40 house breaking in the past was caught. I want to know why parole or bail is granted to such person. there should be law to not grant parole or bail as when out he is again indulging in housebreaking and the citizens loose. if at all parole or bail given there should be facility that he can be tracked 24 hours through technology so that he will know he can be traced anytime and will not indulge in any criminal activities.
