Complaints register should be computerised and not handwritten and a specific no. should be given to each complaint, in all govt. departments or offices even at the Municipal level so that it will be record that complain was made, action is taken or not, if not why?. Most corrupted are these govt. official. No complaints are taken seriously or govt. officials make a setting with the offenders and they don't take any action.

All applications should be filled through online mode only. And should be processed and forwarded to other departments/banks digitally. Sanctions should be provided digitally. All documents required should be in scanned copy or through digilocker. All departments should be interconnected through nodal officers. Subsidy should be used in the form of loan interest payable to bank only.

Bringing technology at public interface with lower levels of administration like tehsil and block headquarters will make a great deal of change. presently even if you apply anything online, ultimately you have to go to the office and deal with the clerical staff there. Also all the monetary transactions should be made cumpulsarily online and no cash exchange as charges should be allowed.

Go digital and time bound...the officer concerned should not have any choice to call in person. He must ask for additional information if required and should accept or Reject with reasons. All his rejects should also be marked to his senior to review if he is rejection on genuie causes or on Flimsy grounds. This alone is best tool to end corruption

I feel delocalisation through digitisation will help a lot. The power vested should be less and responsibilities be increased. The digital platform itself shall be made in such a way that alongwith citizen the respective govt employee who has been entrusted the job shall also be held accountable on portal itself.

various departments holding papers because they no time limit to dispose off any work assigned to them. Further right to close of any application shall be withdrawn from department and onus to close be shifted to applicant with 3 opportunities.Personal appearance must be minimised in any department unless/except warrented under certain National interest. Partially shifting of accountability from citizen to Govt employee will speed-up the delivery. Procedural work be delocalised from local Babu
