Respected Sir,
By introducing Blockchain technology or providing solutions for the people to vote from remote places or places of comfort will increase the participation of people in voting.
At least for the tax payers. As it is possible that poor people will be likely to get manipulated.

Good Morning honorable PM,
I am from Lucknow and below are my suggestions towards making it a "Smart city".
1. Cycle tracks to be removed as it is useless and occupies the road on which load is already very high.
2. All the parks and river front to be charged by commutators and collected money to be utilized in upkeep and beautification of the same.
3. Loop holes in the traffic law to be plugged eg. people caught without helmet etc.. start waking by switching off the scooter, driver si

Their are so many departments in state/central agencies which have their own functioning philosophy how they operate and serve citizens. General guidelines should be provided to all agencies to deal with citizens. Single window service to citizens is a good way to serve citizens instead of people running around departments and meet multiple officers with corruption at each stage. More information should be digitalized and available to citizens. Better process and time bound service.

Reporting Corruption: A central location (app/website) to report all kind of corruption. Whether it is state/central, based on the information provided, designated investigated team need to be notified for action taking. Based on corruption reporting multiple cases can be combined for actions. This will provide the broader picture and statistics to deal with corruption in a broader sense. Citizens can be anonymous or provide their state identity in corruption reporting.
