I my opinion if we familiarize single window system for all clearances in all departments and e-tender system for all purchases and sales we can reduce corruption. We can also use mobile app with GPRS tracking in it which will benefit people to fill their grievances by mobile.By reducing cash transactions gradually everywhere also we can reduce corruption and improve our economy.

ration cards should be inspected reularily and should be linked to aadhar.
same system as applied on LPG should be applied on ration card. subsidy on ration should be send to bank accounts directly.

To stop corruption we shall first analyze the reasons of corruption, in my view main reasons for corruption are;
1. Greed of the people
2. Demonstration effect, everyone in the society wants to acquire wealth/assets what other society member have it, without putting-in efforts for the same
3. Multi layer of governance/ complex rules leaving too much to interpretation of the implementing authority
4. Lack of transparency in the system

While it (corruption) cannot be wished away through processes and technology without a will power of the people , some areas can be definitely managed better , and it might have 10-20% improvement.
1) eliminating cash transactions as much as possible by making card transactions as cheap as possible for merchant
2) Posting all government transactions on net without need of RTI , wherever there is no impact on privacy, security etc . (google might volunteer and donate scanners , software et

Gov agar chahe to bahut hi aasan tarike se bhrashtachar ko jad se khatam kiya ja sakta hai chahe wo kisi bhi department ka kyu na ho aur wo bhi technology ke madhyam se. IDEA: Aaj ke is advance technology ke dunia me kya koi aisa platform develop nahi kiya ja sakta hai jisme finance related each and every data point to point store rahe. Ek tarah se bharat sarkar ka total budget ka online transparent supply chain system.Ek aisa software develop kiya ja hi sakta hai jisme 0.1 RS ka bhi hisab rahe.

If we can implement following three the problem of corruption and black money may be reduced drastically.
1. Collect Data from Private schools and colleges of the students and parents.
2. Collect data of all the vehicle purchases, including second hand to ascertain the source of income
3. Collect data of all the property transactions and source of income of purchaser
all these data should be compared with the income tax return of the concerned persons.
