corruption is systematic here. lot offices has periodic system of distribution of ill gotten money.if any official deny to accept he will be untouchable.for successfully running your business 1) you need have merit (i.e must comply rule of the law up to limit that regulatory/ auditing department should not face problem 2)should have connection 3) ready to give money (form of gift etc). unless there is incentive to be honest nothing can help.speedy/surety of punishment is also incentive.

There should be centralize portal of anti-corruption which not only accept complain from central government employee but state government employee and any citizen of India. Centralize anti-corruption portal should linked with every state government and that portal should have facility to complain against all government employee through social media site and have facility to hide the identity of complainant. Through that portal government can ask public voting against corrupt person.

Most corrupt sector is automobile sector,
If govt. Replaces petrol diesel vehicles with electronic vehicles than it will be very much beneficial for everyone.
Pollution can be controlled.
Sakoon ki jindgi environment friendly.
Idea is if petrol pump replaced by battery charging points or directly point for charge of battery are installed. Many people can make there own vehicles as electric vehicle is not a big challenge to create and also costs less.
Labour convert into leaders.
