With globalization and liberalization of Indian Economy in last two decades, numerous domestic and international companies have been drawn to investing in new modes of business/ business models targeted at the huge domestic market especially in the consumer goods & services. Direct Selling is one of these modes where goods /services are sold directly by the producer/service provider to the consumers. For this different models such as Multi Level/Network marketing, Door to Door Selling, Online Selling, Tele-shopping are being used. These practices are new and different from traditional retail through shops. In the absence of a proper regulatory framework, retail through these models leads to consumer grievances, trader’s issues, slow growth of the sector etc.

The aim of this discussion is to deliberate and evolve views of all stakeholders for providing a regulatory framework to the sector.

My full support for Direct Selling Industry in our country. This is an opportunity to grow up with mediocre People, who have no asset but have brain to choose correct product assessment. The normal market products have ADD where we pay the 50% money of that product to any artist or celebrity on which they act for as ADD of that PRODUCT, but in DIRECT SELLING we are to grow those ADD and for that we earn some money from those product, which we have pay for.

Direct Selling Rule 1>manufacturer to consumer. 2>product must be physical value not a education package or free web space or insurance. 3>product return in 30 days if any complain. 4>turn over commission not a binary commission. 5> free registration no renewal. 6> gov of INDIA show the name of legal company approved by gov on gov site. 7> gov of India provide complain division in gov site if any consumer want to complain against company.
