The enough delay already happend. I would request the Govt to initiate the regularization process as quickly as possible. Which helps common man to gain his/her lively hood. Else people suffer from arrests, fightings, cases etc., Govt need to lay strong regulations for direct selling / network marketing.

Direct selling by manufacturers to be encouraged to reduce of cost of living for the individual. This will remove poor quality products from the market. The regulation should be thru department of consumer affairs. Policy on refund, return, multiple payment method to be part of the policy. This will increase the last mile delivery system and storage and improve the economy as a whole.

Attention and Respect to this industry is long due. This industry has given best of all the world's to to those who otherwise was a Struggler. This is most honest way to make a life in its purest , apolitical and most generous of definition.
I guess, more than a regulation it also needs an awareness..
Time to taste freedom...

Direct selling company is good source of income for today's generation. I would request govt to bring all kind of guidelines and see to benefit common man rather than only company. Of course company benefit also equally important.

GOVERNMENT SHOULD CONSIDER A SPECIAL LAW (REGULATIONS) FOR DIRECT SELLING IN INDIA, AS PROPOSED BY THE IDSA SUPPORTED BY FICCI AND KPMG. LAW SHOULD BE MADE IN SUCH A WAY THAT MONEY ROTATION IN THE BUSINESS SHOULD BE AVOIDED LIKE BINARIES. IDSA SHOULD BE EMPOWERED IN SELECTING THE COMPANIES WHO MEET THE GOVERNMENT SPECIFIED CONDITIONS.
DIRECT SELLING WILL REALLY HELPFUL IN A HIGHLY POPULATED COUNTRY LIKE INDIA TO EACH MORE MONEY, CREATE EMPLOYMENT AND GOOD PRODUCTS TO CONSUMERS.
