YES! FINLAND HAS MANDATED POST-GRADS FOR SCHOOL TEACHERS! THEY ARE ALSO SKILLED IN TEACHING TECHNIQUES! TEACHERS ARE ALSO ONE OF THE MOST WELL PAID & RESPECTED PROFESSION IN THEIR COUNTRY! NO WONDER IT IS TOP IN FIELD OF EDUCATION! WHEREAS WE DENIGRADE TEACHING PROFESSION & PAY THEM VERY LESS!

Teaching is the last option for job for many." If you don;t get any job, then try to become a teacher !" is the scenario now. The best talents should be recruited for teaching as they are the ones who mould the future generation. There should be minimum mark requirements for becoming a teacher and they should be paid equally good.

aim of education policy must be teaching to learning. in schools we need to teach students to become a good learner. In secondary we teach and guide them to search. In higher secondary we must let them and just guide them to make refrences and read original texts and refrance books. in universities they need just guidence from more experienced faculties. Less classroom more labray, labs and skill, attitude based examination method. Student must verfy answer sheets and comment for assesment.

For Primary School students we should introduce these three things as mandatory....- a) Reading, b) Music or any other art form & c) Playing chess. These things are in addition to various other aspects taught to a child. I am of the opinion that puts a child on autopilot mode and enhances his/her quotient of a) humane behaviour b) empathy c) knowledge d) respect & d) clarity to choose vocation later in life..

We have great institutions like the IITs / IIMs and NIITs funded by the Government/State Exchequer. Lot of candidates compete to get into the limited seats of these institutes and only a selected few make it. GOI spends good public money on such students to make skill them. The story from here-on is not so exciting. These students leave Indian shores and go to foreign land. No contribution in India economy. Why GOI should not collect money back from them as in Singapore for subsidised education?

I am extremely happy with BJP Government so I have joined BJP membership. May God develop in every field to BJP. My suggestion is this, if any college takes admission of students in any faculty they should be stress free from rules and regulations & exceptionally any student's query comes in knowledge of HRD Ministry should instruct to Vice Chancellor of that University so that make a set example in society. As regard our self case is with Pune University(our email dt Aug 2014 to Jan 2015)
