I, personally am a student studying tenth right now...
There are obviously a few things I wish to say because I wish that at least (in the future) my son/daughter will get better education.
Teachers these days Teach the Student WHAT TO LEARN whereas the goal of education is to teach them HOW TO LEARN. I believe that all teachers should be proficient in English/Hindi/Whatever the Medium may be, well versed with the usage of modern technology along with their field so that he/she can out do.

In Teacher training at all levels, curriculum should be same in all Institutions all over the country so that we can talk about national and emotional integration of the country. at the every level of education Hindustan needs to make common curriculum, language may differ according the state or locality. otherwise a good teacher of any state can't teach quality education in other state. or a student can't learn qualitative education in other state... this is what i think,, here we r lacking

Teachers training must be designed by highly professions and must be same in all stated. Teachers must be able to boost imagination, innovation in students. A strict system to monitor the teachers training must be introduced. Teachers must be trained to motivate students to be proud Indian. Maximum emphasis must be given to communication of the teachers. Expect Maths all subjects must be taught on power point. All slides of all subjects for all classes must be made centrally..

Even if we have quality teachers available; the jobs are offered depending on caste based reservation. When merit is replaced by caste why would quality teachers think of choosing government job? Instead they opt for private tuition and private coaching classes which apart from offering job pays handsomely.
To improve quality of teachers we should also look for policy change to attract good teachers (by selecting based on Merit) and keep them engaged (by offering good pay scale).

This is the most important area to start with.It is very important to include teachers posted in faraway areas in high profile policy deciding meetings. Those working in the field are the best to offer what should be included in the syllabus for revamping teacher education.
A strict quality check is required for the teacher training colleges. Many of them do not have adequate staff !
Training syllabus should be framed as per the requirements and expectations of today s chidren.

4, Understanding must be centerpiece of education, many children think Marks is all about education.
5, lack of inovation, that is bcoz lack of understanding the Basic Concept. When innovation and curiousness comes in education which lead Skill Development.
6, And Our childer should aware of basic values such as
A, Law of land; our constitution
B, Basic rules of day to today life: traffic rules, sanitation in public places and should know simple banking(Financial inclusion)

Beacuse of no attractive career promotion chanches and fix pay policy ex rs 5300 fix for five years in gujarat without any job benifit or leaves no young man is who is well qualified want to do teachers job. And no quality education without quality teachers. Give them atleast life living pay. So they can survive. In this day when a labourer is earning 15000 per month. You want degree holders to work for rs 5300 what a pity for education system. Rember no respect of teachers would let disaster.

- The idea of developing education policy on 33 themes is nothing but wasteful exercise for inviting further mess within the existing education system.
- Policies are subjected to continual improvements within the existing policy without disturbing basics of the education.
-Themes as such have no mention as if basics of education have been addressed while concluding on themes. Calling discussion on 33 themes without identifying and elaborating basics is an destructive exercise for the nation.

1,In Our education system vast infrastructure has been created after 1992 and in subsequent year's. But this infrastructure is not maintained in school
2, In present context our demography pool contains 65% young below 35 age group and it include mostly children. This should kept in mind while spending on GDP
3, Merging Digital India and Education policy-E education with Practical experience in learning. Our rural children are not accessible to technology, needs rampant implementation.
