I think our teachers are to be trained properly before they get employment like UPSC, PSC there should be some competitive examination to be passed by all teachers before recruiting them as teachers. As on today there is only need M.Ed B.Ed,D.Ed and the administration should have a control on private schools not directly but by net only otherwise one more Brashtchar will start. All employees are to be paid minimum wages according to the government rules and all deductions are also made accordi

There is a very simple procedure for having quality teacher- a test should be conducted by the boards of different areas which should have questions from the teacher's respective backgrounds and subjects, he/she is going to teach in institution.Because the future of a nation lies in hands of a teacher.

Often parents are clueless about how to handle their disruptive children and so physically punish them thereby worsening the situation.Teachers should be trained or psychogists should be appointed in schools to help parents manage or handle such disruptive children.Disruptive behaviours can be modified with proper Bevavioural Techniques and strategies.Improper handling of such children can lead to destructive tendencies.Proper management will lead to Constructive Personality Growth.
