One more thing would like add to my previous comment. In Odisha, the reservation % has increased by the SG. What is the objective for reservation ? Is it really all the SC & ST family are below poverty line or all the General cast family are don't have any issues ?

In aided colleges and govt. Colleges ,candidates having industrial experience of managerial level should be given preference in selection process especially to teach b.com BBA and M.com students. The assistant professor having industrial experience can impart better education.he or she can better elaborate the theoritical aspect .secondly adhoc teachers should get equivalent salary as regular assistant professors.

Ethical Teaching for Teachers should be made compulsory in B.Ed. A large number of school teachers across the nation are involved in Tuition leading to forced harassment of students. If you need to confirm this, talk to most of the schools' students in absence of teacher. Teachers' selection should be based on psychological analysis of a Teacher against pedophilia and safety of innocent young kids.

The process of 'teacher' creation should start from the very beginning of education of a child. It can contain steps like identification of basic skills, refinement of skills and mastering the teaching skills throughout the teaching learning process of becoming a teacher. Aspirants should be able to select teaching as a profession by choice and not by influence or helplessness. Teacher selection should not be done through a test or an interview but the above said approach should be followed.

nor govt take any responsibility or interest in improving teacher education. first step in the improvement of teacher education is to establish separate university of education in every state.
research and innovations be encouraged in a proper way
copy and pasting from previously done or published work be stoped instead of quantity quality work be preferred for selection and promotions of teachers at teacher education deptt or institutes
changes for the sake changes is not good

quality teachers are the urgent need of hour to get rid from hundreds of social economical and political problems but without having proper teacher education system no country can produce good teachers.thus whatever efforts are made by ugc or ncte those are less helpful and creating chaos as from last ten years about four times norms and regulations have been changed or modified and virtually it creates a mess.the teacher education is in such an isolated situation that neither university nor gov

I think the quota system should be done away with atleast in teacher examinations like NET or SET so that only qualified people are promoted as teachers because then only can they teach children in a good and effective manner
