Teacher must be updated from time to time to meet new technology, updation in education , their subjects and more through seminar, camps, which organized by more experienced personal of the concerned field through literature etc.

Sir,the most important of our education is that there must be systemetic education providing system in our govt. primary schools as at present it is very shameful to say that there is absolutely not any check in primary education in govt schools.when a child enters in class 6th,he does not know even ABC..OR THE TABLES OF 2 TO 5. If the roots are not strong how can we expect an healthy tree . Moreover there must be an educational and psychological seminars for primary teachers for better reslt

पाठ्यपुस्तकों की रचना स्थापित रचनाकारों की बजाय शिक्षकों और शिक्षा विशेषज्ञों के माध्यम से की जानी चाहिए, जो शैक्षिक दृष्टि से उपयुक्त हो।

वर्तमान में डिग्री पर जोर ज्यादा है इसकी बजाय प्रशिक्षण के बाद एक या दो वर्ष तक शिक्षण के लिए मानदेय पर रखा जाये, फिर उसकी समीक्षा हो, यदि परिणाम अच्छा है तो नियमित कर दिया जाये लेकिन ५-१० वर्ष बाद समीक्षा हो योग्य होने पर पदोन्नति हो और जो मानदेय के बाद पिछड़ जाते है उनके लिए फिर प्रशिक्षण हो,एक -दो वर्ष बाद फिर समीक्षा हो तथा योग्य होने तक यह प्रक्रिया चले,खाली डिग्री न दी जाये

Teach for India an NGO
is sending full time boys and girls having no formal teacher training degree etc
they have not passed even CTET Exam which is compulsory for all to become teachers.
violating all norms and standards made by national council for teacher education
2 such having no valid degree in the name of teach for India.
GOI must take immediate action against this NGO and erring officials violating constitution of India and allowing them to teach in
