I would like to conclude by appealing that one who is qualified the prescribed criteria for recruitment once and he/she has been approved for the same before, the conditions (changing criteria for recruitment time to time by NCTE regulations or other Authorities)should not be applied for once approved candidates because they have been exploited by employers. Please do in this regards.

But have we ever thought that these suffering situations are giving democratizing and frightening impact on the mental conditions of those people who are facing instability & no future security for them.If this is being cancelled, why to be partial with the students who have been taught by those ineligible candidates of present criteria's,the degrees of the same students should also be cancelled in order to do justice with those candidates, who are suffering exploitation by the employer.

In today's scenario where there is competition in each & every field, the competition of having or achieving the best but between this tough and challenging phase, where the criteria's of recruitment that keep on changing by NCTE regulation.A person who is found the best & eligible one for the period of time, but due to some changes in the criteria's of recruitment time to time by NCTE,if he/she does not qualified the new regulations with required changes, now he/she is not eligible for the same.
