Teacher is an important part of our education system. A good teacher, teacher with latest updates of syllabus can create nation loving, able and result oriented citizens of future. For result oriented education teachers must be given proper and latest training. A saperate mechanism may be developed for the same. Seminars for teachers must be conducted not only for updatation of latest curriculum but also for value based education and moral education.

Teachers should be given quality training. A committee can be employed by the government to check the quality of teachers and to give them proper training. The main reason for the low pass percentage of student in most of the North Eastern states is the unavailability of quality teachers.Even KVs does not have permanent teachers. For instance KV NEHU in Shillong does not have a permanent Maths PGT from last 2 years. Hence its very important to appoint a committee and to check their functioning.

our education system should be a smart system. The examination system should be practical instead of only written in just 3 hours. The method of teaching must be practical.for e.g. if teacher want to teach students about post office.he firstly should show video of it and should make children visit nearest post office. It will make students habituated to apply in practical what they are learning in text books
