CTET conducted by CBSE should be made compulsory for recruitment of teachers. Its exam fee should be reduced to Rs. 100. This exam also could become the part of B.Ed course. After qualifying of this exam job security should be given by the Govt. to concern candidate in granted or non granted school as per requirement. As per demand of present Education system there is need to restructure syllabus of B.Ed. & D.Ed. because new teachers are facing problems after joining the school.

1)Why our students migrate to abroad? A) Our education policy is designed such that we prepare educated people which is fit for western employment B) Because of English is a primary language...Our students find themselves nearer to western countries than Indians( where masses has no access to education & offcourse English language) C)We need to seriously introspect o policy so that we shouldnt produce candidates only which is fit to serve foreign companies C)

1) most of the children in india ,their medium of instruction till secondary education is regional languages-Hindi,Tamil,Bangla and others. 2) But irony is that ..higher education medium is only English(95%) 3) In some of the colleges IIM & Management, Law..entrance test is quiote tough to crack for those students who had studies in regional languages 4) Please plan some substancial to accommodate these majority(80%) of students in higher education as well

Internalization of concepts of Quality has to be accomplished by Stakeholders of education. Therefore, alertness of quality has to be imbibed in Parents, Teachers & Society. In this direction, “Jagruti Abhiyan” may be introduced such as “Acche Padhai - Jeevan Mithai” for Primary, “Acche Shiksha-Sacche Shiksha” for Secondary & “Padavi me Gunavatta - Antarrashtriya Manyata” for University education with a mission to imbibe Quality awareness and concepts.
