In the past few months we all have worked in conjunction towards making Tumakuru a Smart City. The citizen feedback received in Stage 1 and 2 of this Challenge have been carefully analyzed to articulate the vision, goals and prioritized Area Based Development & PAN City projects proposed in the Smart City Proposal.

As part of the process for Round 3 Citizen Engagement, Tumakuru City Corporation is inviting everyone related to Tumakuru for your feedback as well as valuable suggestions on the proposal.

To receive results on the level of factors, characteristics and the final result for each city, it is necessary to aggregate the values on the indicator level.

This method transforms all indicator values into standardized values with an average 0 and a standard deviation 1. It has the advantage to consider the heterogeneity within groups and maintain its metric information. Furthermore a high sensitivity towards changes is achieved.

Most areas of the city have some sort of public open space. There is some variety in the types of public spaces in the city.

Using various payloads,microdrones can be deployed in any situation.For example,with a laser scanner a comprehensive recording of the scene of a traffic accident can be made,which simplifies the drawing up of the accident report.

Helicopters or mini drones can be an important source of support to the teams on the ground.The microdrones UAV range is quickest,more cost effective and just as successful alternative.

A variety of public open spaces are available in some neighborhoods, but are not available in all the areas of the city or are located far away from residential areas Many of the open spaces have access restrictions, or are not well maintained.
