High cost input in adopting new /existing technology create a risk of uncertainty due to financial limitation, harvesting and disposal trouble.Climate or environmental factors are also uncertain.Agricultural production is highly effected. So, a farmer does not want to take financial risk by giving a high input. Further, the farmers are not aware of the technology due to lack of knowledge.Agricultural University and Govt should exhibit some benefits adopting technology.
