आदिकाल के समय में हम, परस्पर सहयोग और परस्पर ज्ञान को बढ़ावा देते थे।हम एक दूसरे से इतने नजदीक रहते थे।कि हमारे सारे काम परस्पर मेल-मिलाप से ही संपन्न हो जातें थे। लेकिन आज हमारे देश में परस्पर ज्ञान की महत्ता को बढ़ावा नही मिल रहा है। लोगों में अपनत्व की भावना बढ़ रही है। इसलिए आज का मनुष्य बहुत दुखी है। क्योंकि उसके जीवन में परस्पर सहयोग की भावना खत्म हो चुकी है।

खेडूत की स्पष्ट व्याख्या करके (जैसे जिसके पास 20 एकड़ /30एकड़/50एकड़ ,जो वास्तविक परिस्थिति में उचित हो ) जो जमीन की सीमा तय की है उससे ज्यादा जमीन जिसके पास है उन जमीनदार को टैक्सेबल बनाया जाए । ज्यादा जमीन होने पर वो मात्र खेडु त न होकर बिजनेस मेन गिनकर खेती की सब्सीडी बंध की जाए।
