Yoga was discovered by Maharishi Shri Patanjali. The origin of yoga is considered to be as old as human civilization.
Yoga is a way to learn and understand the spiritual India. Also, yoga is associated with the culture and heritage of India. In Sanskrit, yoga means ‘to unite’ and describes a way to live a healthy life. In yoga, the mind is disciplined through meditation and the body is aligned and strengthened. As per yoga, it is actually the nervous system of the body that affects our health. The nervous system gets purified with daily yoga and thus keeps our body healthy and strong.
yoga reflects the rich philosophical and cultural currents that traversed the Indian subcontinent over thousands of years.
Everyone should perform Yoga & Asanas😊

Vasanth Tamilselvan, founder of Ariro wooden toys, said: “Anti-China sentiment in the last two years and the increase in duty have contributed to the sale of our toys made on Montessori principles. They are made from neem wood which is known to have anti-bacterial and anti-fungal properties. They do not cause the children any harm. Our toys are hand-made by artisans based in West Bengal, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu and other states. We use vegetable dyes to add colour to our products. An increase in demand for these items will directly translate to more employment opportunities for our artisans.”

yoga and pranayam are very good in building a strong mind and body. they should be taught in schools. Moreover doctors should recommend home remedies for minor problems like runny nose, cough, infection etc. we use home remedies even for loose motion and it works better than allopathy. verbal promotion is important for spreading awareness.

Inclusion of our traditional practices in school materials so that children will know the value of it.
Most of the youth are spending their valuable time on phone and wasting their precious time. Parents should strictly guide their children.

1.) Gov should tie up with private firms and try to give a modern feel to our indigenous and traditional knowledge and practice so that it gets highlighted in international market and people get to know our culture and even like to practice.
2.) proper marketing using our indian film stars, cricketers, famous personalities will make it visible on global market and I crease its demand.
3.) We should start the culture of giving gifts which has our indian traditional touch to our foreign friends is also one way to increase popularity

Internet is influencing the youth of the nation more than anything else. TV daily shows must be made about documentaries depicting Indian culture and values.
Through internet people should be awared about our past our geogphical past history like Mohenjodaro indus valley civilization, Harappa civilization, kalibangan civilization, our Magadh empire and the history of united india so called akhand bharat 🇮🇳.
