Traditional knowledge can be found in a wide variety of contexts, including: agricultural, scientific, technical, ecological and medicinal knowledge as well as biodiversity-related knowledge. Traditional knowledge typically distinguishes one community from another. In some communities, traditional knowledge takes on personal and spiritual meanings. Traditional knowledge can also reflect a community's interests. Some communities depend on their traditional knowledge for survival.

Sir,
The traditional knowledge/practices which are scientifically validated should be part of our syllabus in schools. At least students should have an option to opt short term courses on our traditional practices. It should be compulsory to start such courses by all schools.
Thanks,

Sir, Namskar,
Your speech at Dehu reflects
comprehensiveness and strength of our tradition.
Only deep understanding of our culture could have connected both Saint Tukaram and Kabir on this occassion.
I venture out in search of a bad person Bura, I find none ! I look within and realise , none is worst than I am.
Let my critique, Nindak, dwell next to me.
It is same scientific, humalitarean , rational spirit that runs through the teaching of medieval saints.
Only way to keep us Abhang
