Respected Sir, My point of view about happy heart is Don't think about something which is not yours. Don't expect anything from others. If it doesn't happen your heart will upset. Happy Heart Prevention is better than cure. Food as medicine . Discipline This dehati wisdom lost out. we see obesity every where. People living only to eat & that too junk , readymade. don't want to cook even with all the gadgets available. Exercise has become a task. people can't walk 50 /100 metres. unnecessary spending by copying imitating & shaming parents- big cause of heart attack amongst elders. we have imbibed the worst of the developed world instead of what they r doing better. can this be corrected. They learn better if it is developed world v/s India. Not 1 advt in this manner. what we see is goras enjying 3w & 7* ayyash as life statement but not what made them get there. This if corrected with adoption of dehati wisdom, india has a feeble chance of recovery , otherwise it is in ICU. Govt has to deliver. It can't and it must not fail. It has to stop being routed/failing purposely - bcoz hindu $$ baap ka maal. prayers to krishna for sadbuddhi & save dharma
