Keeping ourselves always happy is the best way to make our heart happy. There is no use in worrying too much and getting stress will only weaken the heart. Spending time with like-minded people and family members, doing activities which helps to learn, proper food habits, controlling the mind from anger, visiting some places which gives relaxation to body and mind will make a heart 💓 feel happy. These days youngsters are also having heart related ailments due to over work stress and poor eating habits. Students physical activities has come down and they are always glued to mobile phone or TVs. Some doesn't have adequate sleep and they stay awake in the midnight using mobile. These mistakes made by them brings heart related problems. Everyone should keep themselves happy and also make others feel happy. Having exclusive time with the family members and involve in some productive activities will help to have good health and a happy heart ❤️ always.
