I will share what has & is the government doing to destroy heart , that's important to save the heart. There are PILs approved and court orders that make egg compulsory in midday meal & that too those served free by vegetarian. They want meat in form of beef, veal to be added. To destroy climate & natural health foods. Any hope for correction. Charity begins at home; in the parliament, the laws and love to eat vegetarian. make it illegal and crime to be served meat in any form using Hindu $$. For individuals' meat eating only within the 4 walls. how slaughter affects the heart and the brain shud be on shown on TV , in schools, in curriculums. But what we find is more & more advertisements for junk food, meat, liquor, cigarettes, tobacco, artificial proteins that aid/abet in destroying the heart physically and emotionally. society and government encourages it, without antidote and soon it takes your life. Balance required and it has to come through govt interventions.

UGC must permit distance education for Ph.D programs as they are totally self study based work.Except for their research facilities, exs and meetings students can save their expenses and time by doing PhD from home. This will encourage more students to enroll for their Ph.D dreams and can save their time, expenses that institutions get but not providing educational support.this will also aid in developing individuals career and education simultaneously.

Family history matters: If in your family, any female below 45 years and any male below 50 years has had a heart attack, then your risks of getting a heart problem increases. So get evaluated by a cardiac specialist regularly to know your heart condition as prevention is better than cure.

Know your numbers: Regular blood pressure, blood sugar, and cholesterol checks are important to keep the heart-healthy. High blood pressure and cholesterol are silent killers which means that you won’t know you have them unless you get tested. So, go for regular cardiac check-ups especially after 35 years of age.

Importance of Oil: It is said that Extra virgin Olive oil is good for the heart. Having said that it should be used in salads & dips only and not for cooking or deep frying. Use regular oils and change your oil every 6 months for better overall health as each oil has its own set of nutrients.

Avoid Junk food: To protect your heart, avoid junk food and anything that basically comes out of a packet like biscuits, chips, etc. as these are high on salts, trans fats, and preservatives. Eat wholesome foods like fruits, vegetables, nuts, lean protein, etc.
